When it comes to Hyperballad's style, you can bet your sweet ass they don't play these songs on the radio - they wouldn't dare. A little public masturbation in the cruisy ship toilets is just par for the course. We're embarking on a trip to Tasmania, and once you go Hyperballad, well, there's no going back.

"I wanted to have embrace my backyard, when shooting on all the metallic rusted sculptures around the property, I accidentally tasted it because some of the rust rubbed off on my face and lips, now I'll always remember doing this shoot whenever I taste anything metallic. I think I've found a new love for naked gardening too which I think I'll do again."

The stark realism at work in Dixie's folio compels us to linger on each and every photo at length. Each photo on its own could be construed as anonymous, but when placed together side by side leave us with a perfect mental picture of Dixie, completely unique, a complete and flawless woman made up of our common parts. We are all the same, and yet so very, very different.

"I shot my folio is a several different sessions, sneaky little sessions in a friends bedroom! When shooting in the garden someone had to stand guard at the door, because we live with several guys. I had to do a big nudie run when someone came home. I also went on a back alley mission to get some more shots. Laughed so much while shooting, such an adventure!"

Her:"We went back to our old house which is now abandoned to take the photos. Doing one more dirty deed at the Pascoe! The room we did it in was actually our housemates and he asked us specifically not to shoot there - so of course, we did."Him: "It was pretty interesting diving into modelling life (having not done anything like this before) - trying to make-up expressions and getting the right angles was pretty difficult."

"This is my story, my path from hatred to love, from sadness to bliss. I am now beautiful, I have not changed, yet I am beautiful now because I say I am. The reason that anyone and everyone is beautiful is because they are the only version of themselves. To wish you are someone else is to waste the person you are."

"The day was so hot and the trampoline so warm against my body that I started to heat up a lot. I was glad for the sheets I had put up as my whole body was starting to drip with sweat, too bad this didn't show up too much in the shoot. A cool breeze came through later and jumping up to catch it was a nice relief."

"I just got back from a month-long cycling trip so I was just trying to capture what that did for me. We rode between 60 and 80 kms a day and did lots of camping and naked swimming at beaches and rock-pools. I'm feeling a lot more strong in my body and more tanned than when I left. So this is my settling down after a semi-nomadic trip I guess and it was nice to capture that."

The rustic appeal of floorboards and vintage furniture will never really get old for us - such stuff as dreams are made of. That said, on its own a home is just a house, an empty construction with no real context. It's Lohla who makes the scene, as she intimately explores the potentials of her own domicile, and kindly shares with us the results.

Well, we've never seen someone go to so much trouble to make a tasty lunch before, but now it's clear to us - when Shibby wants a sandwich, you'd best don protective gear and stand back. She's not exactly one to do things the easy way. Just make sure your goggles are nice and transparent, because you won't want to miss this one.

"I hope you all find this shoot to be interesting! Giant underground stairs are both pretty and creepy, not to mention risky! When I was in the drain, I was so surprised at how cold it was. There was a breeze coming out of the darkness which made my nipples really hard most of the time."

"Dancing around starkers is fine when you're sure no human is peeping at your work - but I underestimated Buster's curiosity at my antics - him being our fat, furry white cat, who clearly still thinks he's in the game. The hot plastic of the hose felt alive and snake-like rather than when it's simply held. Wrapping it around you, between you, is more intimate, more quizzical, than I imagined. I wonder why Buster follows me into the garden a lot more these days?"

"My pictures are my little world, the beauty of my body. Every pose and composition have been well thought out, it took a very long time. I think about what you're looking at my pictures, I feel like butterflies in my stomach. A little worried, because it is so personal and intimate. I hope you like my work and will respect. This is not just a pastime, it's the way I see myself and myself feel."

What must life be like, for Animals and Lapsus? If their photos are anything to go by, it's all precious lingerie, sweetly shared smiles, deep conversations that go on for hours, questioning glances over cups of coffee and the odd naked photo shoot... which describes, pretty much, ISM's idea of heaven. Sigh.

"I know how to deal with a professional camera but shooting myself was a completely different discipline. The beach.. 7 degrees, autumn rain and clouds that mess up the lighting. That's why I took a reshoot at my own home. But I could not decide which picture were nicer. I like the outside ones better. I also never knew that I look so concentrated when I am making pictures. But I loved doing it and I hope you all like the result of my experiment!"
