"I've always had a fascination with the ocean as well as mythology, and therefore mermaids have been something I've always loved. With my current hair colour I've felt more like a mermaid myself and have been going through what I guess you could call a "mermaid phase", so I wanted to express that in this folio."

"We shot the first part in the country last spring. I liked to dressed up like a woman and see Nagore as a boy, it was very exciting. The second part was shot in the city, it was funny to discover ourselves through a magnifying glass, and kissing involved by soap bubbles and balloons. I enjoyed this shot very much." -olmo

"ISM a ete une experience tres enrichissante. Y penser me faisait redouter le moment ou je devrai pointer l'appareil vers mon corps nu. Finallement, en le faisant, tout a ete tres naturel. C'etait comme une sorte de strip tease pour moi-meme, sous l'oeil attentif de l'appareil. J'ai utilise ma petite robe jaune avec un zip sur le devant, tres pratique pour se deshabiller tout en prenant des photos ! Ensuite j'ai utilise le grand manteau pour creer un contraste entre un vetement d'exterieur et le fait d'etre nue dessous. Le miroir a ete un allie de taille pour faire des cadrages sympas. J'ai aime prendre en photo mon corps nu avec mon tattoo, c'est mon pere qui l'a fait et je suis tres fiere de le 'porter' avec tout ce au'il represente."

I worked at the front desk for an electronics company. In my last week there was a trade show and all the techs and sales people were there so I thought it would be a good time to do another shoot. They call this place "the white room" and I used to like looking at all the parts and things but I never had a good excuse to go in there. I dedicate this folio to Dave, Trav and mostly to Ben, who never knew I had a the hugest crush on him.

"La idea principal era poder utilizar elementos que me recordaran a mi hermoso Mexico, sus colores vivos, objetos cotidianos y una mexicana en las fotos :) Me encanta pasar tiempo en jardines y exteriores, con musica amena, leyendo y relajandome sobre el pasto y eso fue lo que trate de hacer en las tomas. Solamente disfrutar el momento y dejarme llevar por mi imaginacion."

"My lofty bedroom is my own little hideaway... the first rays of warming, beautiful morning sun come streaming in, slowly but surely edging me awake and into the world. I have everything there with me, as you can probably gather from the snippets that you've been shown from my pictures. I love being naked in my domain, it's so comfy and cosy up there that I can do whatever I want as I watch the world go by, silently down below."

"By now almost everything is assembled and it's time to turn the meeting room into an office chair skating rink! Forgetting my initial nervousness I scoot myself around the floor and recline on the table. My fun comes to an abrupt halt however when my boss comes to check on my work..."

"I had great fun doing these pictures, being one who likes to experience new things in every field. Being naked in front of a camera is was a new, different, strange in some respects, because the camera is not just an object among others, the camera is an open door, through which thousands of other eyes look."

"This shoot was taken in the backyard of the beautiful shared house that I live in! Florida sunshine is so brilliant, and it's always fun doing shots outside. I sort of played all over the backyard, and in each space that I played in, I felt influenced by different aspects of my personality, and body perception. That was unexpected but fun because each space was a new way to try and understand myself intimately."

"Es war ein relativ kalter Tag, etwas erkaeltet war ich auch aber das ist es wert wenn man schoene bilder von sich machen kann. ich hatte einen coolen haengenden sessel an einem baum im garten haengen und 2 riesige badewannen auf der terasse. eine freundin hat mir ihr haus dafuer zur verfuegung gestellt, und es hat sich wirklich gelohnt, es sind geniale aufnahmen dabei rausgekommen. ich rekelte mich auf der terasse und hatte grossen spass beim shooting, ich will das auf jedenfall wieder machen, es bringt einen dazu seinen koerper mehr zu lieben."

"We try to scape from the city always that we can cause we love nature and forest. Last week, we were swimming and kissing in the river and then we thought: why don't we do an ISM duet session? We decided to disguise one each other with our clothes, and then Olmo became a provocative chorus girl, and I became a magician boy. After that we played and get naked...but we had to came back to the city, to the concrete jungle...Despite it was sad, we continued our carnival at home, with balloons, soap bubbles and a lot of love and passion." -Nagore

"I am a person who loves to be in nature and is very relaxed in terms of appearance, because I believe in the beauty of nature, which is also reflected in my pictures. I thought the project was interesting because you had to take pictures and that one should not have to be supermodel. My photos are very natural, though a bit adventurous - I saw myself as a princess in nature. After I took the pictures I actually think that nudity is a beautiful thing, whereas I was a little embarrassed to be naked and see naked people before."

"I hope I get re-incarnated as a cat, they're by far my most loved animal and who wouldn't want to laze about in the sun, licking yourself all day? I bought a cute cat tail butt plug recently and hey, what better excuse to debut my new toy? "Loud abrasive voices as people pass. Crows swooping and swaying on thin metal above me. Cars manouevering slowly up the alley way.. are they going to stop? Will I be caught? Blue Boots, I calculate my steps as I walk through forgotten glass and broken memories. The demolition house at its finest."

"My eyes? Oh yeah - I get a lot of comments on my eyes. Are they grey, or green or blue... I dont know, it changes depending on the light. People say they can see so many different things in my eyes, but I think people just see what they want to see. And me, I never look at my eyes at all."
