"I took the photos whilst going through a very personal space and on the hottest days this summer had to offer. I went from feeling excited to unsure of what I was doing with my camera work, wondering about family seeing the photos, arriving at the happy conclusion I felt no shame in it, to being excited and back again! The weather drew me out of myself and into my beautiful surroundings."

"I loved working with my boyfriend on this photoshoot. It was very intimate experience and we had lots of fun during the process. As we are both dancers and performers, we enjoyed creating different lines and poses together for this project. This is the best way to spend a weekend with your partner!" -Aleena

"A sunny day when I'm not at work - a perfect day to go exploring. I had a lot of fun going with the theme of broken/worn/desecrated, juxtaposed against my fleshy body. My stockings slowly got more and more ripped as I became more playful and confident, eventually being completely removed. The sunshine was warm against my skin as I found timber posts, old glass bottles, and concrete to refashion as photo props to accentuate the outlines of my curves. A productive daytrip!"

FOLIO WARNING - EXPLICIT CONTENT! "I enjoy making gross images, to confront others. It helps me to become a bit more free in myself, hopefully within the nearby future, instead of clinging on to controlled shames and shyness. I love the dog and creamed biscuit :) Or so my friend thought it was a biscuit :) It was fun making the pictures, and I will soon make some more wild photos :)"

"It was almost a game of, "When am I going to get caught?" Exciting, right!? I live in a shared house of 12 people and running about in a towel or something I can slip off easliy to expose and take a pic, then see how manny I can talke until I bottled out! Never knew who was going to walk in. Went a bit more adventurous and headed into the Botanical gardens, and did a sneaky shoot. Had an awesome time pushing limits!"

"Wrapped up in my own little cloud of tulle and fun in this crazy little body... the shoot brought back so many memories of years of dancing. Shooting has allowed me to appreciate my own body and my health, all of my lumps, bumps, cellulite, sweat. I think it's exciting to be able to capture every emotion and movement in such a raw setting and put it on display, it's so 'take it or leave it'."

"Tout est une question d'attitude. Je suis une aventuriere. J'aime prendre des risques, et me sentir libre de faire ce que je veux quand je veux. Et c'est exactement ce qu'il s'est passe avec le shooting. Je suis allee dans un endroit secret au milieu de la ville, j'ai du sauter la barriere, traverser la riviere et essayer de marcher dans des herbes aussi hautes que moi. Je suis finalement arrivee dans un puit de lumiere au milieu des arbres. De la ou j'etais je pouvais voir les passants, et je pense que eux aussi me voyaient... Maintenant je suis prete pour de nouvelles aventures!"

"I was nervous and anxious but also excited. It was already a big challenge to do nudity and then I pushed it even further and ended up filming myself naked in public. I took a pretty big risk as I was in places where there were a lot of people around and I had to hide behind my skateboard once when a jogger went by. If she would have looked over, she would have seen some of my nudie bits."

"I wanted to go for a natural look. This is how I would like to be perceived. I took the shoot in my own home, around the house, and outside in my garden. My housemates were out for a few days so I had plenty of space, except that one night; I was in my room and my housemate walked in on me! Luckily she thought it was hilarious though. I showed her all of my images, it was a good bonding moment."

"Zusammen mit meiner Mitbewohnerin machte ich mich auf die Suche nach einen geeigneten shootingplatz, nach etwas suchen fanden wir den perfekten platz. Ein alter Bahnhof mit verlassenen Wagons. Es war sehr aufregend dort zu shooten, da wir entwas Angst hatten erwischt zu werden. Ich hatte sehr viel spass dabei. Nach ca einer Stunde konzentrierten Shooten, bemerken wir nicht das ein Arbeiter der Baustelle uns beobachte. Aufeinmal stand er vor uns und fragte was wir hier den machen. Er fande es aber sehr lustig und wir nach kurzer Schockfase auch."

Alexia Laro, she of the marviously long legs and suberb skills at upskirts, is back on this fine day. Lounging in a sunlit field, leisurely smoking a cigarette, we can't help but wonder what else she's gotten up to pre- and post- photo session - there's something decidedly bedroom about those eyes, even surrounded by all that grass.

"Suddenly I looked around and saw a small dog - followed by a middle aged couple. THey seemed like they might be on a date - they didn't know each other that well and I quickly put my clothes back on and lay low for a bit. Then I stood up and stood on something sharp - it was actually just a piece of grass that had been mowed. It really hurt! Later I had a bruise and could hardly walk but at the time I was so into it I just ignored it and kept going. Definately a good day out!"

"After going to the pool on my birthday, Maddi and I ran up to the field to chase the sunset. We were in a frenzy at home, throwing things in a bag then running up to the park so we wouldn't miss it. We made it just in time and got some pretty pastel photos and rolled around in the grass. It was a good birthday. Doing our shoot together was very fun, we laughed and played and noticed how good our bodies looked togther!" -Momoko

"J'ai pris les photos dans trois endroits differents. The first one was really fun. C'etait dans une no through road a Paris, pres d'un chateau d'eau, en fin d'apres midi lorsque les gens rentre a la maison. J'etais entierement nue en face d'habitation. So exciting! I was climbing the wall when this guy passed by, he was more nervous than I was. I just laugh! Puis je me suis photographie chez une amie, dans un endroit plus intime. In her garden, I try to create a bit of my universe with my drawing and books."

"As an atheist I don't believe in sin, but was raised in a very Catholic home. So sprawling out on my library floor with books of superstition tapped into my complex nature. With the fire and brimstone of my youth in mind, I felt like a naughty rebel. A bit risky and slightly fearful, shooting this folio was the guiltiest of pleasures."
