Lulu's boy may not be very helpful, but we have to admit, we're grateful to him. Combating the frustration and boredom of Ikea shelf torture requires a damn fine ... sense of humor, and a firm grasp on ... positivity. Both of which Lulu's got, in spades. So boyfriend, thanks for filming the cuteness. Lulu, we hope your shelves, at least, do everything you wish they would do, and more.

"When I was growing up I was a tomboy and liked to ride my bike, and I had lots of fun rediscovering that part of myself. I have always been a sweet tooth so candy was a perfect theme for me to begin with. In case you were wondering, yes, I did eat all the lollies after the shoot, including the snakes."

"I went out to the beach and there were people everywhere. It was so funny, I felt so free and confident though. I really enjoyed shooting myself, it was the most fun I'd had in ages!"

"I was attracted to the water so I jumped a fence and treked through someone's yard. Carrying the umbrella, the blanket, my purse and the camera was tricky, and I took a tumble down the hill. I had to get over the fact that the ground was muddy from the rain, and forget that there was dirt getting into places that it probably shouldn't be. Halfway through the shoot, I realized that I had a big bug bite right on my cheek! Who knows how many photos were taken with that in it. Totally worth it."

"Glitter is a huge part of my art practice, so one day this thought came to me that I NEED to glitter my friend's vagina. It's the one place people will be like, "Are you for real!? You'll be finiding it for weeks!" - Good. So she can remember our experience for a long time. It was hard to remember we were supposed to be taking photos, with all the giggling and carrying on and constantly straddling each other." - Marlah

"When I came home from college for my summer break, I decided to shoot this folio over a series of a few months. I did so as a way of documenting the different places I had been and the changes that occurred in myself and my body over the course of time. Overall I am pleased with the way this folio turned out, it ended up being a brand new way of art and self expression for me, as well as an interesting way to see subtle changes in myself that I would not have otherwise noticed."

"It was a hot day so I decided to play with the hose a bit as well, I love the water. My kitten became a bit curious and started wandering about into my shoot, so I grabbed her so that she could be a part of it, a nice extra little companion to have for the day."

"Walaupun gue selama ini rada malu telanjang-telanjang, gara-gara (thanks to) proyek Ishotmyself gue kayak gimana ya, menghadap diri gue sendiri -pikiran gue yang malu itu gue hadap, lucu juga akhirnya. Dan gue bilang "rada-rada" soalnya sebenernya nghadapin gue sendiri itu ternyata engga susah ama sekali dengan gue terbuka banget dengan proyek ini ke teman-teman gue (ini juga gampan g soalnya gue percaya banget ama proyek ini)."

"I love mornings, but I especially love people in the mornings. It's a beautiful, fresh and vulnerable time; they haven't had the chance to fix their hair, arrange their smile or cover up in make-up. I feel like you learn the most about someone in the mornings. What you might learn about me is that my eyes are puffy, I need a cup of tea and I've only got one full smile for the first hour. On this particular morning you will not be the first to learn of, but you are the first to see, the reminder I carry (and until now have desperately concealed), of a close encounter with fire. Good morning."

Lulu_B - or should I say, Lulu and her jerk of a boyfriend - are taking the concept of "DIY" to a new level - the cad won't even help her round up some tools! Instead, left all alone in Ikea assembly hell, Lulu takes out her frustration by frustrating her boyfriend in turn. If he won't help, then he'll just have to watch... and no touching!

"Jag alskar naturen, den friska doften av sommaren och det mjukla graset mellan tarna! Trots mitt ljusa har och mina fracknar, lyckades jag klara av solens starka stalar och ta nagra nakenfoton ute, nara mitt tradgardsskuj, vilket jag alltid ar i och fixar pa min fritid. Det ar en sa avslappnande aktivitet att agna sig at, som bvara far tiden att flyga forbi. Efter ett tag blev dock varmen och solen for mycket, sa innan jag brande mig, gick jag inomhus och fortsatte i den svala luften."

"J'ai prise les photos dans le jardin juste a cote de mon appartement puisqu'il y avait de l'herbe et des arbres. Javais un peu peur quil y ai des gens qui passent quand jallais prendre les photos mais cetait en milieu de journee donc il n'y avait pas beaucoup de chance. Mais ce qui devait arriver arriva, des gens sont passes pour aller dans leur appartements. Je leur ai dit salut et j'ai rit."

"En heb mezelf gefotografeerd in de achtertuin van een vriendin, zonder dat ik me zorgen hoefde te maken om bevroren tenen. Ik zou veel vaker naakt door de tuin moeten rennen :) Het is trouwens veel makkelijker om jezelf te fotograferen als de zon schijnt en de met de koelkast een paar meter verderop. Best lastig trouwens, je evenwicht bewaren in een hangmat, maar zoals je kunt zien, oefening baart kunst!"

"I took these photos at my friends house she was away in Tasmania for a week, she needed me to feed her fish and she lives above a cafe. The room was airy and full of her personality. I wanted to do a simple shoot with some curios I found in there. At first I was kind of nervous and I didn't really know what to do, then I started using her mirrors and standing in the light of her window. It felt weird doing the shoot above the cafe because everyone was downstairs, but in a way it kind of made me feel comforted."
