"I pretty much just woke up, had a shower and then decided to create my folio. At first it took me a while to get into it and I had no idea what I was really doing. I soon began to see what angles looked best and gained confidence in my body, I also realised how bad my tan lines were! By the end of the shoot I was so into it and I didn't want to stop but I knew my roommate was on their way home so had to put the camera down."

"This shoot was great fun, as a dancer I thought it would be a good idea to add a element of my job into the shoot. In fact I shot this while getting ready for work, my new house mate didn't know what I do so when she walked in half way through it was very funny, great ice breaker! We both laughed it off. I hope that my shoot has shown how comfortable I am as a naked person. Being naked is how I feel most sexy. I'm all for dressing up, the the rawness of just a naked body is such a turn on to me though."

"This one was shot in a bedroom, yes, very common... But I loved the mirror and felt very comfortable. I felt I had the chance to show my whole body posing in front of that mirror, so I took it. I was wearing no make up and I had just woken up, so I'm sharing my most intimate here :P"

"This shoot was super fun to make and so, so liberating! It all felt a bit strange at first, but once I started to paint my body, I could really feel a connection with the images I was creating. I love them! Being out in nature was, in the end, much easier and felt more natural than being stuck inside. What an amazing experience!"

"I have always wanted to be taken photos in a pine wood, to live like an adventure being in the woods, enjoying nature and mix sensuality with the magic of the forest. So I asked myself, Why can't I take the photos myself? A great opportunity to have my dream come true."

"Bubbles and glitter are always a bit of fun, especially first thing in the morning. The glitter tickled as it ran down my bare skin and onto the grass, though it was quite difficult to remove. I spent the day sparkling in the sun from the remnants, leaving a little trail of gold as I went for my jog, with only me knowing what had happened only minutes before to put it there in the first place."

"I immediately thought of my friends backyard when brainstorming ideas for my folio. I didn't plan on his dogs being extras in the shoot (one of them kept trying to suck my nipple) or a thunderstorm. All in all it was a positive experience. Using a mirror was really interesting and made the whole folio more creative."

"Dort ist ein grosses Industriegebiet am Hafen mit Kraenen und Gabelstaplern, ein Autobahnbruecke. Alles zusammen macht einen Hoellenlaerm, aber dafuer gibt es auch kaum Menschen und man ist ungestoert. Ich bin sehr ueberrascht, dass die Ungemuetlichkeit des Ortes nicht auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Die Sonne wirft ein schoenes Licht, die Schatten der Pflanzen sind toll. Der Zaun, ueber den ich geklettert bin, hat sich auch gut gemacht.//There is an industrial area at the harbour... a lot of noise, but because of that there are no people around. I was very surprised, that the nervousness I felt about being caught out is not visible in the pictures. The sun was shining and caused beautiful shadows of the plants. Even the fence that I was climbing over was very useful."

"Usually, I like to be in control of everything. Lately, I've been learning to let go and just trust my intuition. Naturally, I worry — a lot, and at first I did. Like — what if someone saw me, and what it if their offended by my nakedness? What would they think they saw me aiming my Canon at my crotch? My shoot was conducted outside, late-afternoon, on my favorite hiking path. When I let go of my anxiety, I became an artist. In my imagination, I became a nymph showing you my favorite spots in the woods."

Oh my god, Mew... you gotta stop. Mew's the kind of girl who makes me want to do very bad things... and she knows it. She knows all about it. She pushes all my buttons, switches all my switches... and then pushes them again, back and forth, singing my body electric. Her body, electric. Damn, girl. On second thought, don't stop.

"Shooting myself has been a great experience. I shot myself at home, the most comfortable place I've known. I felt so natural, 'como Dios me trajo al mundo' (just like God brought me to the world). I don't have the chance to be naked at home all the time because I live with my sister, but now I would like to live alone so I can be naked whenever I want. Doing this made me feel really sexy and sensual."

"This shoot left me with 49 years of bad luck and an impressively deep gash in my shin! I wanted to not only express myself and my sexuality, but also express my creativity. The mirrors were a good way to vary the shots and make things interesting to look at, fragmenting my body and abstracting it, but maintaining the raw, natural look of my naked body. Although I've taken nudes of myself before and I'm confident with my body, this experience was completely different and it challenged me to open myself up completely in such a way."

"My first location was a beautiful little clearing in the forest alongside the river. Here I rolled around in the mud, lay in the soft greenery, climbed trees and swung around like a monkey! I also encountered some passing kayakers who thankfully didn't do much besides stare for minute, haha. My second location was by the sea. It was a bit chilly for a beach day, but was a brilliant experience all the same. I loved the feeling of nuzzling my bare skin in the warm sand and thrill of going for a midday skinny dip! I have never felt so alive and free as when I ran nude into the salty waves."

"Mein Tag startete nicht all zu gut, denn als ich morgens aufstand hat es geregnet und es war sehr kalt ! ich dachte ich muss meine selfies in meiner wohnung machen. Doch dann wurde es doch sehr schoen, die sonne schien und es wurde warm. Es war sehr aufregend da ich nicht wusste wann meine Nachbarn nach hause kommen und mein Zaun nur aus Holzstreifen besteht, wo man sehr gut durchlinsen kann wenn man moechte. My day starts not so well, because if I stand up it was very cold. I was thinking I have to make the pictures inside, but it got better so I was able to go in my front yard. There are some holes in my fence so it was lucky the neighbours didn't see me."

"I saw the graffiti and instantly knew I wanted to photograph myself here. The art, my skates...it was perfect. Everything was going well until a scary looking homeless guy started heading in my direction. I ended up busting my ass on my skates trying to put my clothes back on, and just when I had gotten my stuff ready to leave, he disappeared. I waited til he was clear of sight and then another ten minutes just to be sure, then finished my shoot. Thank goodness, he never came back. It was pretty scary!"
