"I chose to photograph myself in graffiti-covered alleyways to explore the concept of public space, censorship and art. Graffiti for a long time has been met with mixed reactions, as some people consider it vandalism whereas others consider it beautiful. The same can be said for nudity and it was fascinating to compare the two. (Also my pale skin against the vibrant colours looked spectacular!) I was concerned about people walking by and did get denied permission by the local council, but I decided to be a bit of a rebel and do the shoot anyway...some people who walked past either didn't blink an eye or were actually pretty supportive! So suck it, censorship."

"I did this shoot with leopard print covers, roses and my naked self. I wanted it to look sexy, but also wanted to show how to be confident in your own skin. Don't get me wrong, trying to lie on prickly roses is hard work! They ended up everywhere, even in my hair! I was making my guy flat mates some lunch and didn't realise they were stuck on the back of my leg. Luckily I saw them before my flat mates did or I would have to tell them the funny story of why there was rose petals on my legs!"

"Dirty and grimey. Fresh, playful and sexy. I tried to incorporate different parts of my personality into this shoot to give you a sneaky peek into who I am. I love exploring so it was fun (and a little bit naughty too) wandering around the building site. The cold steel against my skin felt absolutely delightful, as did the contrasting feeling of the crunchy leaves and warm ground in my courtyard from the sun. I lay out there after shooting for a while, like a cat, curled up with the heat nicely covering my body."

"I don't know what made me think of using my scarves. I wanted a vibrant reel of photos, and my friends and family always comment on and contribute to my growing scarf curtain. I knotted wool from one tree to another and hung my scarves out. I couldn't figure out how to get INSIDE my entangled fairyland, but once I was in, I felt like an erotic Alice in Wonderland undressing amid a myriad of rainbows. So much fun."

"Oh if I had wings, I would fly like the cranes, high in the sky. I wanted to bring some life to this dead tree I chose for my setting. A little lace, some delicate paper and a smooth naked body to contrast the scratchy bark and prickly branches. My paper crane wings helped me imagine what it would be like to fly away, if my legs didn't bind me to the earth."

"I love going to the gym so I started this ISM shoot with the intention of making it fitness oriented. After about 30 photos, my imagination left the building so I kind of tried to stick to the workout plan but found myself just taking photos in ways that I would want to see other people. So here's how it turned out and I hope you all enjoy seeing my pics as much as I did taking them myself, especially the cheeky ones! Kay xo"

With all her attention to detail, Ella's not a super hero - no one can rub sunscreen on their own back. With her skin's care in mind, Ella has got to find someone to help her out - fortunately, it turns out that there's another lady nearby who's more than happy to help. And as soon as she's all protected, it's time for a swim...

"Indoors you may feel more comfortable being alone and being yourself, but your sense of adventure is limited. You escape through alcohol or TV, but there are so few colours, everything is safe, easy. Outside may be beautiful, ugly, colourful or drab, but you can feel everything and see everything. You aren't trapped by anything but your own mind and your own inhibitions. Outside you walk away from the safe zone, to be yourself you may seem blatantly mad to those around you. I live in two worlds. The one where I hide between doors and walls and try to blend in, and the one where my soul looks up to the sky. I may seem mad, but in the end, we’re all mad here."

"Hoy fue un buen dia para las fotos, estaba soleado y pude sacar la alberca para poder tener una session acuatica divertida. Al principio estaba un poco nerviosa de como podria verme pero despues no me import y fue cuando tome las mejores fotos. Comence a darme cuenta que estaba realmente comoda desnuda en la alberca y empece a tomar algunas fotografias mas creativas bajo el agua y jugando con como se veia mi cuerpo a traves de ella y reflejado en el espejo/I went to the backyard, placed the pool in the grass and started filling it. It was a sunny day, perfect for a refreshing shoot. I wore light clothes and at first was a little bit insecure about how would I look all naked and playing in front of a mirror in a pool, but then I just didn't care anymore. I started taking shy pictures but as I grew more comfortable with my body image I did some other poses. I played around with the water hose and my underwater camera to have more creative shots. It was really nice time in the hot weather to be just naked and enjoying my time in the pool."

"Nature was for and against me in this shoot. The wind insisted upon blowing over my mirrors and blowing away all my pretty material, but Mister Sun decided to come out and warm my skin just after I started. It was so lovely! I loved the warm feeling of the sun on my skin and the gentle chill of the wind when it wasn't destroying my set."

"My shoot is an 18th century themed shoot I did in an abandoned warehouse near my house. I used a mirror and bed to enhance the theme and help me get more angles. The bright colours of my hand made costume stand out in the washed out, old looking building, setting me apart from the props and rest of the room."

"This is one of my favorite comic books, Alan Moore is a genius and this book really pushes even his boundaries. I decided to be a little cheeky - trust me, the book is a LOT cheekier - and shoot an ISM tribute with a bit of a Lost Girls theme... can you guess which girl I am? Maybe I'm a little bit of all of them."

"I used the balcony, but I had to do it lying down so the neighbours couldn't see me. I started getting really into the shoot, really enjoying myself, and then this wasps came out of nowhere and I am so scared of wasps, especially feeling being complete butt naked. I jumped up, screamed, and was prancing around on the balcony, to which I suddenly saw my neighbours, a cute little old couple, having a quiet lunch. They began talking to me asking me how my day is, I'm not quite sure if they noticed I was naked, but it was funny anyway."

"I based my shoot on what makes me comfortable and happy! I decided to do the shoot during my favourite time of day, which is sunset. I was surrounded by flowers, plants, cacti and succulents as I am always the most happiest in nature. As I started the shoot, a few of my neighbours arrived home so I think they got a sneak peak at what I was doing, but I was having way too much fun to worry about what they were seeing! The shoot went smoothly and I think I had way too much fun by myself, I was on such a buzz after the shoot I could have run a marathon!"
