"Taking pictures of myself was much more difficult than I thought it would be. I'm a photographer, and I love taking pictures of people, and when I can, of their skin. So when I had to take picture of myself nude, it was very difficult. The angling was hard, trying to look good while fitting my whole body in the frame was hard. Despite this it was still a very enjoyable experience overall; I was being open and carefree and it was a beautiful experience. I would love to try it again and push myself a little harder."

"This was my first Ishotmyself shoot and it was so much fun! I decided to do my shoot in my room, as my house is always pretty full with different people coming in and out, and I didn't want to get caught! I turned all the heaters on in my room and had lots of fun experimenting with placing my body in different positions and using different camera angles and trying to capture different lighting! I played around with taking some photos by my window as it has nice lighting, and it was definitely a funny moment when I realised my neighbours could see everything and locked eyes with one of them across the way! Guess my plan of not getting caught didn't work out so well! I loved doing my Ishotmyself shoot and can't wait to do another one!"

"I was the elephant in the park on pretty much every couples romantic stroll. Nothing like some live scenery to keep a day interesting! It was enjoyable, freeing experience. I felt extremely goofy at times but amazing. It was a silly, great experience!"

"The rain was cold and the verandah slats were hard against my skin. The longer I stayed out in the chilly Melbourne weather, the more my nipples became hard like the slats. At one stage I was completely drenched from head to toe. I wanted to capture the effects of natural beauty in nature. I used the bottle as a symbol of the message within all of us, that beauty comes from within. It was my message in a bottle, in me."

"With the camera gripped tight in my hand, I was nervous thinking of how to start. To be both artists and model at once, with the range of movement being limited to the length of my arm. But once I started I found it hard to stop. Studying yourself so intimately is rather exhilarating. The backdrop was simple and their was a few dried and forgotten roses on my desk, begging for another chance at life. The light through my window warming my bare flesh on this cold Melbourne afternoon. My hair and makeup the remnants from last nights antics. My many bruises from my various clumsy and naughty playing stood strong. I was fascinated to find a bite mark on the inside of my leg, close to my currently unkempt vagina. I go through phases of ripping all of my pubic hair off, or forming it into shapes. But today its wildness shone through. I love the shapes my body can make. My small waist the pivot point for my sizable hips and bum, also making my perky smaller breasts look ample in comparison. The colour of my hair, fiery and exciting. My nipples, I love my hardened pink nipples that stood to attention from the cold and the excitement. By the end of the shoot, I felt ready to take on the world with a stronger connection with myself. A love. A heat. Even with the simple surroundings, it was such a thrill."

"It was pretty daunting the first time I started taking these photos. However, once I started taking photos I really enjoyed it and found myself opening up a lot more, trying new things. Once I was completely naked I had got over the fact that I was nervous and just really started enjoying myself."

"Mostly set about my garden and my bedroom, I wanted this shoot to reflect the duality of nature and nudity. Proving through beautiful photographs of skin and foliage how well the two complement each other. Also, to remind others of our inherent connection to nature. The bedroom shots are me exposing myself in my most comfortable state, and are also to compare both aspects of the inside and outside world."

This photo shoot was conducted on a hot sunny day in my backyard. The sheet was chucked up to prevent shocking my housemate's mother who was staying at the time! I had a lot of fun taking all these photos, and felt more confident and relaxed that last time. I spent a couple of hours sipping icy cold water and listening to Aretha Franklin while I did it. Of course Mistie the cat and Leroy the rabbit wanted to hang out, so naturally they starred in some of the photos.

"Cette seance photo a ete un nouvelle experience pour moi, et j'ai adore. Un joli melange de douceur avec la fourrure blanche et de sensualite. On a plus l'habitude de se voir nue dans un mirroir, se voir en photo est different et encore plus interessant pour moi et on peut garder cette image. Faire ces photo a ete pour moi un super moment! On y prend vite gout et on ne voit pas le temps passer. Super fun de se prendre en photo soi meme, dans son plus simple appareil./ I loved to do these pictures, that was a totally new experience for me. Little mix of sweetness with the white fur and of sensuality as well. We're more used to see ourself naked in a mirror, so seeing yourself naked on a picture is for me so much more interesting, and it lasts. Doing that photoshoot has been an awesome time for me. I enjoyed myself, and the time was going so fast. It's awesome to take naked self portraits.
