"I wanted to play with the concept of "coming out of the closet" - naked and ready for the world. I also wanted to see how much I could play with my body's natural curves and to be able to see/discover angles of myself I possibly hadn't seen before. Although I was excited to do this, I didn't anticipate it to be SO much fun to do! I really enjoyed taking the photos of myself, and to play around with the camera and my body."

This shoot was a great way to christen my new bedroom! I've just moved into this room and to be able to play around nude was awesome. I felt so at ease surrounded by my things. It was different from my first shoot because I felt more comfortable and relaxed, which led me to get quite turned on by the whole thing. Can't wait to shoot again and maybe do the next one in my new garden!

"At first I was incredibly apprehensive, since the only time I have done anything close to this before was a home made calendar for a long-term ex boyfriend. Despite being a very sensual person, I'm very critical of myself and doing this is part of overcoming that struggle and trying to love myself and my body. I loved the theme of the shoot, especially since I'm a big fan of quaint, white interiors! I really surprised myself by how open and willing I was to show off my body by the end of the shoot, it's crazy how fast you lose your inhibitions. It's also a great way to get turned on, which I will definitely be using in the future!"

"The sexiest thing about a person is their mind. At this point in my life I'm thirsty to learn about the world, and connect to the experiences of others through reading - fiction, philosophy, graphic novels - everything. I'm inspired by female authors as they help me make sense of my experiences as a woman and guide my understanding of my sexuality. I am a free agent of desire, a sexual subject chasing my own pleasure wherever it takes me."

"I didn't expect this shoot to make me feel so empowered! I shot in my parents bedroom which was pretty naughty, seeing as they had no idea what was going on. I don't have the best relationship with my body so when I first started taking the photos I kept picking out all of my perceived flaws, but towards the end of the shoot I started to feel a lot more confident and really started to concentrate on the beautiful aspects of my body. Shooting naked made me feel pretty horny so I watched some porn after shooting, which was the equivalent of a nice alcoholic drink after a long day's work."

"My latest I Shot Myself shoot features myself in my bathroom. I began by experimenting with photographs on top of the washing machine and sink before moving to the shower. While in the shower, I experimented with water and light by shooting from angles where the light bounced off droplets of water on my body. The shoot was very intimate as I normally shower alone or with my boyfriend. I wrapped the shower head around my body to add a bondage effect, as I am interested in some kinds of BDSM. The shoot incorporates the idea of regular, at-home showering as a daily routine and the (somewhat perverted) sexual element of bondage as my own personal twist."

"Ich habe dieses Shooting sehr genossen. Es war eine sehr gute und schoene Erfahrung fuer mich. Ich haette nicht gedacht was so eine Location und das alles drum herum so ausmacht und was man persoenlich alles aus sich herausholen kann. "In these photos I didn't suck in my tummy or hide my flaws. I felt free and just had fun with the camera. The only thing that sucked was that the only window in the room faced the main road and all the neighbors houses, so I had to duck every time someone walked past. My roommate walked in while I was in the middle of taking photos, but it's not like she hasn't seen me naked before! I stopped then and finished photographing and saved it for another day when I had privacy. I had to be 110% comfortable to take these photos properly."

"Sitting an erotic art exhibition has its perks - a lovely quiet space filled with beautiful filth in every medium imaginable, and endless cups of tea. All sorts of interesting people wandered in and out of the gallery. Some stopped for a chat, and we shared stories, ideas and opinions. However, in the mean time, I was alone and admittedly ... very very bored. Inspired by the smut surrounding me, what better way to pass the time than making my own ? Knowing that someone could walk in and catch me was a bit of a thrill, (not that I would have been out of place amongst the art) and there were a few times I speedily slipped back into my clothes at the sound of footsteps up the stairs... "I had a lot of fun on this shoot, much more than I was expecting! I loved trying out new poses and angles that I hadn't done or thought about before. I have very big windows in the room that I did the shoot in and I wasn't sure if people from outside could see in and watch what I was doing, but once I forgot about that I had a lot of fun and I think it actually added to the experience. I really enjoyed this shoot and would definitely do it again if I have the chance."

"I shot the photos at the house of a girlfriend who I met in Byron Bay. Her housemates were open to me being naked around the house and didn't have a problem with it, which I loved. A couple of times they walked into the room while I was taking photos in an awkward position, they just laughed and thought it was great. After shooting myself around them, I really feel so much more comfortable with my body. Now if a boob slips out of my top or dress while dancing or doing yoga it's okay and we laugh about it. I had the best time and I'm glad I opened myself to the experience. I also don't have a problem with the photos being online because I think they're beautiful and through this experience I feel more beautiful and accepting of my body. I'm so happy!"

"I like to test boundaries and I love street art, so I thought, why not put these together? I was doing it by myself in different allies in quite busy streets so I often had to crouch down or hide behind a street bin. Not that I care if people see me, but a fine is not a pleasant thing to add to the day. One time a whole company passed by and two of them walked back and looked at me, crouched down with a camera in my hand, smiling and waving to them. I did it in 5-6 different places so I played a lot with colors and lights and trying to get the nearest busy street in the background in some of them."

"I really enjoyed this shoot as I was able to spend a lot of time out in nature. I love climbing trees and rolling around in the grass so to be able to document it (and do it nude) was so fun and liberating! Being in open sight was a little daunting at first, but I soon got into the swing of things and the passers by didn't seem to bother me. I didn't seem to bother them either which was a nice surprise! I found this shoot to be a great representation of my personality and excitement for life."

"Shooting for IShotMyself gave me the chance to indulge in my two favourite passtimes; being naked and being outdoors! Chasing the sun around the garden and back porch in the morning was a challenge, but luckily my housemate was on hand with plenty of home made iced coffee, sunscreen and words of encouragement. I'm proud of my body and what it can achieve and hope that this shows through in my photos. Thank you Feck for the wonderful opportunity to celebrate my body and show the world how far I have come in terms of accepting myself, my body and my sexuality."

"I've always had a weird relationship with my body. Even though it annoys me on most days, I've never really been motivated to change it. Before the shoot I was extremely confident, adamant even, about how easy it was going to be. I was alone in my apartment, the curtains open, the sun bursting in. I stood there in my kitchen! A strange sense of shame came over me. I was naked - but for some reason it felt as if I was naked for the first time. I held up the camera, took my first photo, and suddenly that confidence came back. I snapped picture after picture, and for the first time in years that strange relationship I had with my body was gone. I finally felt at peace with myself."
