"I originally wanted to shoot my photos at a rundown destitute factory. I like the whole urban, gritty, lost city vibe. However it's winter and I didn't want to freeze to death. After visiting my friends apartment on the 64th floor, I felt nothing but inspired and in awe as I overlooked the skyscrapers packed together to form what is clearly the greatest city in the world. I liked the theme of independence, power, secrecy, individuality and I feel as though the shoot achieved this."

"The photoshoot took place in my bedroom and bathroom at home. I wanted to show my body in the places where I feel the safest and the happiest. Baths make me feel safe and at ease, I don't need to worry about the outside world for a little while. Plus, who doesn't love the feeling of being in silky fruit smelling water! The bedroom setting can be a bit boring so I decided to shoot little moments with my pets (the gorgeous cat Nora and the cheeky ratto brothers Fred and George) and doing yoga as that is something that has made me happy beyond belief. Trying to do a naked photo shoot with animals was funny. Nora was probably the easiest to get nice photos with, she can be very affectionate. The rattos were a bit harder. Their tiny little claws irritated my skin a fair bit and they just wanted to run and scamper around chewing on things!"

"I am an ordinary HongKongese. I was born and raised up in Hong Kong, a small but high density city. I had seen lots of people every day but people are still avoiding to talk about nudity, even though they are curious. Since a long time, I had never seen my vagina. I thought it was "filthy". It is ridiculous! My mind was still close. Before taking the photos, I was not open-minded. I didn't know how to capture my nudity. However, the more photos I took, the more I felt good about myself. I was trying to find somewhere for the photos instead of in the bedroom. I enjoyed the process and I definitely love myselMANf more than ever!"

"I enjoyed making the pictures with my fiancee. We had a lot of fun. We did not try to do too much, just did our everyday things and used our back garden and used the things we use anyway. I think the whole photo shoot brought us together more and now I love him even more."

"This was by far the most fun and crazy thing I've ever done. I loved getting out of my comfort zone and getting naked in nature. I am all about health and fitness so I tried to shoot outdoors and show you the things I love and am passionate about. I hope you can see that from my photos and experience the fun and excitement I had while shooting these photos. "

"My favourite part of the rainbow is the end - blue, indigo, violet. For this shoot, I thought I'd express my love of the coolest colours. I felt wonderful and calm surrounded by the chill tones of the walls, my lingerie and of course my hair which all brought out the warmth in my skin. The colours all worked together in beautiful harmony."

"I shot myself in my bedroom: not such a comfortable loaction but I felt comfortable in my body. I used the rooftop outside my bedroom window and my mattress and mirrors. It was interesting and I would love to do it again!"

"The video was a bit awkward at first, but as the shoot went on and I became more comfortable, I also grew more at ease. At the beginning, I thought I was filming for about 15 minutes only to realize that I'm a dummy and don't know how to use technology, but I am thankful for that because it was like a practice run and I could be more comfortable just having it on without worrying about it."

"This folio was so fun to do! The Natural light and flowers on my skin, soft like the wind, make me feel in harmony with my body and had some really great and positives vibes. Colourful and powerful."

"So it was pretty rainy while I was taking my shots. I enjoyed been so free outdoors - it was exciting doing it so close to my neighbours without them knowing. Only the dog caught me! It was interesting to see my body in different positions, and doing this shoot helped me accept and be confident in my body from all angles."

"I wanted to create a fun bedroom shoot, as my bedroom reflects my personality really well and is one of my favorite spaces. I also wanted to wear a string of pearls that I own because I think pearls are incredibly beautiful and feminine. They have an amazing texture and were fun to play with. I'm really glad I got to make use of them as I don't wear them very often! Once again, Elsa_H happened to be visiting while I did my shoot, she sneaks into the background of a couple of shots! I had heaps of fun creating this shoot, it was playful, comfortable and the perfect way to relax on a Sunday!"

"I'm sure a few unsuspecting walkers got a nice view of my butt in the trees while I was parading around the forest. I suprised myself with how relaxed my body fell into position and how comfortably I shot msyself in a very natural, happy, cheeky sense, something that is often lost in our perceptions of ourselves when trying to identify beauty. I feel I captured a side of myself true to my soul, a side that shows you the very kooky crazy girl you'd meet on the street."

"My shoot was a time and a half! In the middle of winter I ran outside into my friend's beautiful overgrown yard to catch a few rare rays of sunlight. I nearly froze and continued the rest of the shoot inside as the day came to an end. It was a ton of fun experimenting with new angles and ways of seeing my body. I would reccommend the experience to anyone and I can't wait to see the end result."

"This shoot was intended to be a study of the fetishisation of the female body, something that I can relate to with my work as an exotic dancer. I created an enclosed location to reflect the constriction of the female form in modern beauty ideals, as designed by men. As I peeled away the layers, I tried to open up the space also, reflecting the freeing of my body, from fetishised, to natural and naked."
