"I really don't like taking pictures of myself unless I'm dressed up as some sort of character, so here I am again doing just that! Please enjoy my Shrek and maid personas. I threw in a few pics of me finishing my day off at the sauna where I get EXTREMELY sweaty ;)"

"The shoot started out in my friend's living room where I just had to hope none of her three housemates didn't come home. My friend did walk in to see some weird shit though. I went up to the roof and a boy on a bike got a real good look. Another part of the shoot in my friend's yard involved hiding in long grass behind a shed trying to avoid dog poo."

"I created a perfect world in which everything is soft, sweet and pink, including myself. With colourful lights and lots of glitter I turned my room into a private disco. It's almost like you can feel the sheer fabric against my skin and taste the gloss on my lips, as all the colours converge into a kaleidoscope, you start to feel dizzy and a sugar rush takes over. It's a fantasy come to life, straight out of a cartoon, where the lines of reality become blurred and inhibition doesn't exist."

"Being naked felt natural and carefree. I enjoy it and feel a sense of freedom. I know there were parts of my body that were biggish but it didn't matter as it could be seen as arty. Getting different angles was challenging, but it made me think of how to use the camera. I enjoyed my shoot. I wanted to have snakes wrapped around my body but where am I going to find snakes right!?"

"One of my favourite colours is pink - despite the fact that I barely wear it. I find pink a really sexy and cute colour, so decided to start the shoot in my fave pink lingerie, with my cutest pink lipstick and fluffy earrings. The more photos I snapped the more adorable I felt. It was a 39 degree day and I felt a little lightheaded by the end of the shoot from all the twisting and funny angles, and I also started to sweat a bit (which made for some pretty glistening skin shots!). The blanket I was sitting on and posing with in the photos kept leaving crinkly marks on my skin so there were a few photos where some texture is visible on my skin, which is also pretty cute! I had such a blast shooting this folio - I would happily take nude selfies all day every day!"

"Ho affrontato questo shooting come un gioco ma mi ha regalato molto piu di quanto immaginassi. Riguardare le proprie foto e vedersi finalmente belle anche con i propri difetti e' un'esperienza che consiglierei a tutti. In alcune pose non riuscivo a guardarmi mentre scattavo, percio' sono stata ancora piu' sorpresa di come la naturalezza sia davvero la cosa piu' bella che una donna possa indossare. / I faced this shoot as a game but it gave me much more than I imagined. Being creative with the photos and seeing your own beauty even with your own faults is an experience that I would recommend to everyone. In some poses I could not look at myself while I was shooting, so I was even more surprised at how naturalness is really the most beautiful thing a woman can wear."

"My ISM video was a blast to shoot. I started on a very sweaty day in Melbourne, overcast and humid. Feeling water running down my body, I let go of shame."

"First I went to a more secluded nature-y spot, but there were too many bugs and too much dappled sunlight, so I headed over to a spot under a bridge, which I instantly felt more comfortable with. I am a total city girl. I loved the colorful graffiti as a background, but it was a bit less secluded than the first stop. I managed to stay pretty hidden behind the pillar, but I did have a rogue cyclist ride past... and then turn to ride past again."

"During the shoot my boyfriend and I were staying with family; 2 aunts, a granddad and 3 dogs - not the easiest environment to shoot thoughtfully naked pictures of yourself. I've lost count on the sheer amount of times I'd been nearly walked in on while getting cosy with the camera and it definitely added an element of danger and surprise to the shoot. I'll for sure have fond memories of quick towel grabbing, panicked nude sprints from the garden to the bedroom and last ditch attempts of covering my nudity when someone has returned unexpectedly early! But most of all I'll remember the time I was 25 and ballsy enough to be proud to show off my body to the world."

"This shoot was a fun change from what I'm used to. No tripods. No photographer. Just little old me and a tonne of new ways to take some selfies and show you me. My favourite colour is blue, and while walking through the city, I spotted the BRIGHTEST bunch that just popped! I had to have them. There's only 2 parts of the body (that I know of) that reference flowers, and I decided to share my petals and flower with you all through the bunch I bought. I love lots of natural light and made sure I picked a spot in the room that lit up beautifully. Mirrors helped me snap poses that made me feel sexy, but I really love a simplistic and clean environment. Almost sterile, so the focus is solely on the subject."

"This trip to Thailand has been a dream come true. I've been pretty much living on the beach soaking up all the sun I can. I don’t think I’ve ever been this tan in my life! It was so much fun running around the beach naked. It felt as if I was a wild animal rolling around in the waves and sand. There were a few people on the beach but most of the time I’ve had the whole beach to myself (other than my boyfriend who played “look out” for me). I saw three pink dolphins and at night you can see the bio-luminescent glow in the waves. This place is truly magical and I have to keep pinching my bare butt to make sure I’m not dreaming. I’ve been eating really healthy food here and I can feel it and see it in my body, and my eyes have never been so blue. I feel like a mermaid princess here and I never want to leave! The locals here are the nicest people I’ve ever met! So helpful and kind. I highly recommend Thailand if you’ve never been. You won’t be disappointed!"

"The I shot myself shoot was hard for me at first because I have difficultly looking at myself but it did help remind me that I need to love myself first. I wanted to place the shoot within nature and enjoyed being among the sun's rays and seeing how the shadows of the trees and branches would fall onto my body. Experimenting with flowers made me feel like I was connecting with mother nature. I appreciate the opportunity I was given to connect with myself and my core being. Thank you ISM."

"I started this particular shoot on a hot Melbourne day after buying a shopping bag full of fruit. I sat down in the backyard and began to strip while eyeing off an apple and some grapes. It all looked delicious. The passion fruit began to run down my fingers and I liked the sticky feeling so decided to work it in with a close up of some running down my breast. My backyard is full of empty beer bottles from it being a constant party/share house. This gave me the idea to shoot some of them, and work in a coffee jar as a prop. It turned into my hangover cure - fruit, coffee and nudity."

"I did this project in a bit of a rush but I'm still really happy with how it turned out! I wanted to be in nature because that is where I feel most free and I love the greenery. I really want to find a location that is not my back yard for the next one and try and be more creative. This was my first ISM shoot and it won't be the last, it was too much fun! Shooting yourself makes you feel really good about yourself and as I have struggled with self-confidence this has helped me see that I am beautiful in my own way and so is every other gorgeous human out there. THANK YOU ISM for helping me see my beauty!"

"Shooting myself is probably among the most intimate and creative things I have ever done. I felt like I got to explore my body in ways I never thought possible. I loved discovering all parts of my skin, crevasses and all the flaws that come with it. Shooting myself is an important part in coming to terms with the way I look, embracing my sensuality and sexuality and promoting a positive body image, different to what is portrayed in the commercial media."
