"Going into this shoot, I hadn't been feeling great about my body, just disconnected from it. Taking the time to slowly shed clothing and inhibitions is a great way to reconnect. I usually look in the mirror once when brushing my teeth in the morning then I'm off for the day. Using the mirror today, I really looked at myself. I'm about to start a new chapter of my life so this was a nice chance to stop and appreciate myself before that new chapter begins."

"I had so many ideas running through my head for this shoot, but one thing was for sure; I wanted it to be raw, empowering and very fun! At the beginning I wasn't sure what to do with myself; I did some basic poses to start with, but as I continued on I found I was becoming more comfortable. I started to think of the most ludicrous poses I could do! The trick was trying to click the shutter with a toe or other body part! I had a lot more fun than I originally thought and when I finished the shoot I felt incredibly empowered! I was in a state of euphoria. It also made me wonder why the heck anybody wears clothes! I hope that you enjoy the photos and smile at them as much as I did!"

"I really didn't know what to expect going into the photo shoot. I was excited to let my creativity run free and try any kind of angle. I wanted to remember happy intimate times I've had with previous partners to help inspire me and help me feel more comfortable. I'm pretty comfortable with how I look but it was fun exploring new things and to receive each new discovery with love, and gratitude."

"In this shoot I tried to show different aspects of my style, I used jewelry, make up, clothes, flowers and different colour schemes. I felt it was a little rushed and if I had more time I would go all out so perhaps I will do another shoot soon. I had a lot of fun and this shoot definitely made me feel much more comfortable taking photos of myself :)"

"Since I got the camera to do this project I felt so excited, I ran back home full of energy. I always love to put myself in new adventures and get involved in things I've never done before. I never took many pictures naked myself, I've always connected this with something "nasty", but thanks to Ishotmyself I discovered the joy and the fun to take pictures of myself, enjoying the moment when I was playing with my body, step by step, picture by picture I take confidence with myself. I realized that it is not nasty at all. A few time I also found myself sensual, I came in contact with my femininity."

"I struggled a bit with the full body angles and trying to make my morning routine look a little more exciting than it actually is. I tried to get whole body shots, and looking back on the footage I realised I don't get to see my body from those angles very often. I'm slowly getting more comfortable with myself which makes me happy, because I liked what I saw."

"The shoot was pretty fun but I found it really difficult to get the shots that I wanted. I'm not really good at selfies, especially one handed. I would have liked to have done some shots outside, but I have a communal garden, lol. It would have been much easier to have been able to ask a friend to help take some photos, just for a greater variety of angles and such but I guess that isn't quite what I Shot Myself is all about hey."

"Compared to the first shoot, this one differed in the way that I knew what to expect from my body, and what I was comfortable with. Even though this was my second time shooting for ISM, it was still as exciting and empowering as the first shoot! Inspired by the new leopard print dress I bought the other week, I wanted this shoot to capture the wild and fun essence within me since the first shoot was "soft and sensual". I prepared myself for this shoot by dressing myself up as if I were going on an exquisitely luxurious date with someone very rich and important. I slowly stripped down for this shoot because I wanted to keep the viewer exhilarated and begging to see more. The overall experience once again was so fun and special as I got to enjoy my body in all of its full glory!"

"To view myself, a brown flower child of the earth, through the the sensual lens of ISM truly reminded me how lovely my body is. Every day I think to myself "Goodness.. I'm gaining weight" and today I realized that statement is bullshit. My belly, my rolls, my thighs were all celebrated today. I hope you can feel the nature in this shoot. Aside from the plants and bright open space, I want you to feel the connectivity between my curls and the spirals in my labia. How similar the thick leaves from the plants are to my plump inner thighs. The textures of our earth are all glorified and exposed during this shoot. The lighting was amazing, but sometimes the sun was so bright I couldn't quite see the shots before I captured the pic. That made this experience so fun and liberating because I wasn't trying to modify my nature. I was simply allowing myself to breath and relax with the flow of the shoot. I felt vibrant and strong, absorbing all the sunlight. The warmth on my pussy stimulated me with a playful energy I hope you can sense when you enjoy my pictures. I did this for you, yes you, in mind ;). I wish for you to want to learn more about me, see more of my content, and praise the same parts of my body that I do. Detail my lips, my shoulders, my thighs. Almond oil lubricating my warm skin. I will now see myself with so much love when having sex, have a better idea of my angles but most importantly, GAINED SO MUCH CONFIDENCE!"

"I tried to work more with colour and different textures and props this time and really love the outcome. Red and pink are some of my favourite colours, so I really enjoyed incorporating them into the shoot, outside and inside. Having done shoots before, I felt like I was able to experiment a lot more this time and felt a lot more at ease. What I love about this project is that you learn something new about yourself and your body every time and the mood of the photos are different in every shoot and even on different days."

"This shoot was done in my friend's backyard, where we usually have picnics and do cartwheels. My friend studied inside, and people slowly arrived, when I came back inside after my first session there was maybe six of my friends. They asked non-judgmental questions about my afternoon's pursuits, and were comforted by the feminist foundations of the project. Not only did I have such a fun and silly time taking the photos, but I was able to share that experience so openly with the people I love."

"This is my second shoot and I loved it just as much as the first. It has been 2 years since I did my first shoot and I feel like I have grown and changed so much in those 2 years. But some things don't change that much, like my love of being nude, my cat who never leaves me alone and the feeling of power and exhilaration from taking photos of myself in new and creative ways! My partner has always been supportive of me doing what makes me happy, and I was happy to share this experience with him in our new house together. I'm so glad I got the opportunity to do this again!"

"I had soooo many mixed emotions about doing the shoot. At first I was like "Fuck yeah!" then I wasn't sure if I wanted the pictures out there. But then, when I started taking the pictures I was really getting into it! I found myself really exploring my body and LOVING looking back at the photos, even parts of my body that I once found not so attractive I thought looked stunning. I started in my room then once my older male housemate went out I started to prance around the garden which my other housemate found extremely amusing. I loved doing the shoot and even more so I was proud of myself."

"This shoot was very enjoyable for me although I definitely got very shivery in the winter air. Honestly I just picked up and used anything that was within my sight, random objects helped me a lot. I feel like this was good for me as I get very obsessive with making something perfect and I had to try to let that go or else I'd probably still be finicking over it! Overall I totally loved it and I loved my pictures and I hope they're enjoyed in turn. Also shout out to my neighbours for living three metres away and probably observing me!! Peace ;)"
