"When I first heard about I Shot Myself, I never thought it would be a project I would be a part of. The idea seemed impossible. Six months later, I was getting naked in my friend's backyard with a camera! At first I was nervous, but over time the creativity took over and it just became about having fun and coming up with cool ideas. I gained a new appreciation for my body, and felt damn sexy!"

"It was a Sunday morning, just me and the bright sunlight flooding through my wide-open curtains in my new apartment. I decided to just shoot for myself. The air smelled like fresh coffee and new beginnings. The unexpected part? I had just moved in, and my balcony is completely glass, transparent and gorgeous. I had to cover the glass, but not all the way. I just hope none of the neighbors saw me."

"I've recently moved into my new flat in London and its warm and exciting and I took these photos as a kind of celebration of settling in. It was so fun to explore all the different surfaces I could lounge around on for these pictures and the way the sunlight hit my body in different rooms. There also ended up being a running theme of leopard print in my decor which I felt complimented my tattoos."

"I created these photos in my own space, where I felt relaxed and comfortable while exploring different angles, moods and ideas. It allowed me to express myself creatively and feel confident in front of the camera. Photography is a way for me to capture a moment and show a different side of myself. I felt carefree but also inspired throughout the process. I had fun and I hope you enjoy my photos!"

"This was my fourth shoot for ISM and every time I do it, I find something different about my body (for instance I noticed a little spot on my mouth that I haven't noticed before) and I can see how my body changes along the years. The weather was cloudy in the beginning of the shot but in the afternoon the sun came up and I could take beautiful pics in the sun. Sadly the pool was too cold haha."

"Nunca hab?a hecho algo as?, lo decid? y creo que lo logr?, lo hice pensando en salir de mi zona de confort y aprender a amar mi desnudez, mis fotos fueron tomadas en mi casa, en mi habitaci?n. Aprend? a usar mucho mejor la c?mara, soy muy inexperta en el uso del tel?fono para selfies pero lo logr? y me hizo usar mi imaginaci?n. Gracias. / I had never done something like this, I decided to do it though and I think I achieved it. I did it thinking about leaving my comfort zone and to learn to love my nudity. My photos were taken at my house, in my room. I learned to use the camera much better, I am very inexperienced in using the phone for selfies but I managed it and it made me use my imagination. Thank you."

"I really enjoyed doing this because I love being a bit risky with flashing my body outdoors. I really liked the sunset on that particular day and the fact that it was still bright out as well - so I used it for a fun photo op :) My cat Panda makes a very adorable appearance because he can't leave me alone. "

"I'm back! A while ago I moved to Brazil. My house is full of natural light and windows. I took this portfolio just before going to the beach, I really enjoy my days here. I like to go to the beach alone and with friends too. I've had a whole year connecting with the sea! I hope you like it, connecting with my photographs made me very good because I had felt disconnected from my body recently."

"Oh my gosh what a beautiful return to ISM this was! It had been a while since my last shoot but I felt deeply inspired, embodied, sensual and relaxed during my time in Greece. The sun feels so restorative here and my body lit up with its warmth on my skin. I'm surrounded by nature, my happiest time, and frolicking in the breeze before my unknowing next door neighbours stumbled upon my happy nudity."

"I shot this folio over a few weeks; mostly due to the lack of sunny weather, which made me want to layer up instead of strip off. I shot in different spaces around my home and in open areas I travelled to. It was a new experience for me, and I found myself growing increasingly confident with each pose. Some of photos were taken outdoors on a rare sunny winters day and I felt jubilant!"

"I tried to shoot on different days and in different rooms to show my home my natural habitat and the real me. I didn't prepare for a photoshoot or set up the shots. I just picked up my phone and turned on the camera when I wanted to share a piece of myself and my life with you. For me, it was important to capture not 'beautiful', but 'honest'. To show the everyday life, the light."

"I took these photos while travelling and living in different places. Some were taken near the sea, others during long journeys. I enjoy preserving memories through honest and intimate photography. While taking these pictures, I thought about freedom, curiosity, and self-discovery. Looking back at them now feels like seeing fragments of different versions of myself."

"This folio was taken in my new home and garden up in the forest-y mountains. I really wanted to capture the whimsical feeling that is out here mixed with such incredible nature. It was incredibly cold though haha but there is something about the air here that feels so invigorating! I really enjoy creating fun poses with the space and elements around me, being able to connect with my sensuality."

"I woke up & decided to lie in my backyard. The morning grass was damp & smelled like rain. The overcast sky & the stillness around me made me feel present & comfortable in my body. A breeze caressed & traced my skin. Then it was raining, so I went inside to my cozy bed. Moving from open & cool to warm & private made me notice how different spaces shape how I feel in my skin."

"I love this time of day. It was my merienda time (that snack we have in Spain in the afternoon) and chose to bring my cherries, protein bar and tea into the photos. I did a shoot last year and this is an opportunity for me to show a little bit more about myself, apart from my geek side."
