ARTISTS STATEMENT

Shooting pictures of my nude body is something that I did before, but it is an interesting experience every time again and again. When I was younger I was always a bit conscious of my body, even when I had a "more perfect" body back then, but with age I really grew into my skin and with every year that passes I enjoy my body more and more and see the beauty in it. I like the way I look. I know that different poses make for different outcomes, some poses are more or less fortunate than others. I don't judge my body for the way it looks in a certain pose, because I know that in another pose I might look ten times better. But all poses show a part of my body, I just want to except myself I look in every moment instead of trying to give a wrong image of perfection all the time. I like the way I look barefaced eventhough I know I would be more pretty with make up on. But this is the real me, the way I was born, with every blemish and every imperfection and every pretty angle as well as the bad ones. That's who I am and that's whom I'm proud of. I want to show the real me to the world and I'm not ashamed of any part of my body; I find it beautiful.
