"I woke up & decided to lie in my backyard. The morning grass was damp & smelled like rain. The overcast sky & the stillness around me made me feel present & comfortable in my body. A breeze caressed & traced my skin. Then it was raining, so I went inside to my cozy bed. Moving from open & cool to warm & private made me notice how different spaces shape how I feel in my skin."
