"The approach I took to this shoot was really centred about self care and self love. It had been a while since I took some time out for myself just to lie on my bed, connect with my body, meditate, and journal so I decided to do this at the same time as the shoot! It was one of the most relaxing times I've had in a while and was a great excuse to have a little escape from the work I'm usually doing. I think there's often so much pressure to use your time "productively" at the expense of really spending time with yourself instead. I just loved appreciating the simplicity of the present while touching and giving love to my body. I hope this came through in the pictures!"
