| ARTISTS STATEMENT |
In the beginning, I was a little concerned about being naked on the internet...so that's why I did it. Just to check out if those concerns of mine were well-founded. Oh, and because I like taking photos, and I like nakedness. Anyway, nothing bad or negative happened to me as a result of contributing to ISM - unless you consider becoming addicted to Shooting Myself bad! I found it confronting video-taping myself, however. I don't find nudity confronting, but speaking with an 'audience' (even an inanimate plastic-thing audience), well, that makes me feel pretty uncomfortable. So I did it - 'cos that's usually what I do when I'm afraid of something.
