Today’s folio is like biting into the biggest, freshest, crispest apple you’ve ever had. There is something so natural and down-to-earth about the beauty Nush carries around with her – the sort that could sell cosmetics without even having to wear them. Hey Maybelline, maybe it’s time for a fresh face, yeah?

Luscious-lipped and impossibly cute, Dylan_Fay returns to ISM for a last hurrah. We’ve only gotten to see her in colour thus far, so the chance to observe her beauty in black-and-white is a lucky one. The dramatic tones make her beauty all the more striking.

Hyperballad is the sort who refuses to keep contained what is floating around in her rather fantastic head. This tends to result in much disjointed funny, ‘teh lolz’, if you will. Let’s take a look at a day in the life, with more gravity-defying breastage than you can shake a stick at. Hey, put that stick away. Now.

Ooh! There are dirty words in this folio, and we’re giggling like schoolgirls at the textuality of this debut. Cicely_StJon is a clever and cheeky lass who goes to great lengths to celebrate the places where erotic words and imagery intersect. A beautiful danger, indeed.

The gingham girl has always struck a chord in the cultural consciousness – there’s something so sweet and down-home about it, and that’s why it’s so much fun to turn it on its ear in the context of ISM. And with her pinup style, Daisy_Duke is just the lass to do it.

There ain’t nothin Immie can’t do, and if she wants to get right in there in the workshop and tinker around like the boys, she’s going to do just that. She’s not afraid to get dirty or put in a little elbow grease to get the job done…and she always wears sensible shoes (well, except that time at the fair…).

Cylka delivers another darkly esoteric set of images that puts glossy-mag photography to shame. She exhibits a great degree of compositional integrity in her sets, and it’s clear that she is always moving just that extra inch to perfect the image she’s making. A thoughtful and austere set.

You know the layer of soft that graces your best-worn cotton t-shirt that makes it feel so familiar and luxurious to wear? Espoir_noir has this all over her body, and she has figured out how to depict its subtle delicateness on an intimate level. Wear this folio in like it’s your next favourite tee.

Leo has hit the bullseye with her first folio, and she took our encouragement to show us her ‘personality’ to the extreme. This folio is bursting with colourful silliness and youthful exuberance, and Leo seems to have had herself quite a time all over town with her camera.

I am not sure what’s causing such a flocking of ISM Artists to the world’s cemeteries – maybe it’s the artistic juxtaposition of life and death, or perhaps it’s just the only place where they can get some peace and quiet to concentrate on the task at hand. No matter what the reason, the Mayor of the Dead has written ISM to express her approval, as community satisfaction has apparently skyrocketed.

It starts out like any other folio, but after rolling about in the mud for a few shots, Mileaka gets that Amazonian look in her eyes – that jungle-fever, rustling-in-the-underbrush, animalistic expression that shows the wild in her.

There’s a storm brewing in the background of this folio, perhaps brought on by the rather forceful nature of the lady in it. Valentine is a bit of a dark soul, so her tempestuous day is perhaps more appropriate than it seems.

This is the life. Fertile and colourful and brushed by the sea’s breeze, Lila F’s very existence has some very therapeutic effects – and not just on herself. Take this folio with plenty of water and you’ll be feeling ace in no time.
