Encontrarme desnuda frente a una cámara fue algo que nunca pensé que fuera a hacer, pero fue una experiencia muy enriquecedora. Al comienzo sólo pasaban pensamientos y sentimientos negativos cabeza, los cuales no dejaban librarme y expresarme completamente. Con el transcurso del día fui entendiendo que no importa el cuerpo cómo se ve, importa cómo uno lo muestre. Si una se muestra fuerte y amada, auto amada mejor dicho, eso transmite una energía que es más bella que cualquier otra cosa. Entender que debo amarme tal como soy, y de esa forma puedo permitir que otras personas me amen así o también amar genuinamente a los demás. / Finding myself naked in front of a camera was something I never thought I was going to do, but it was a very enriching experience. At the beginning, only negative thoughts and feelings passed through my head, which did not allow me to completely free myself and express myself. With the course of the day I understood that the body does not matter how it looks, it matters how one shows it. If one is strong and loved, better loved self, that transmits an energy that is more beautiful than anything else. Understand that I must love myself as I am, and in this way I can allow other people to love me like this or also genuinely love others.
