It's called living big. Our western culture has this strange obsession with youth, often at the cost of aging with grace and dignity. I too have crashed into the 50 milestone this year, and I'm intent on embracing my age, not fighting it. It's about keeping our bodies in shape, and our hearts and minds open to the great mystery.
