Thank you very much for this video. I, myself, am diagnosed with many mental illnesses such as Depression, Bipolar, Chronic Anxiety, Congnitive Distortions, and even OCD (that isn't official yet, but I have had the symptoms for a while). I have been through the same experiences as you. Going to the hospital many times for dozens of suicide attempts, including over-dosing on Asprin. Right now, like you, I have been unraveling things with my therapist and really working with him on almost a daily basis. So what I wanted to say is that everything you said was very encouraging for me and I really appreciate you making this video. God Bless you, and I hope things are going good for you so far.

I wish you mountains, oceans and universes of luck and happines. Sweet heart, be yourself! Your really sweet. Fill your mind with good impressions f.e. repeat how often you can(buddhist practise): may all beings be free from enmity and danger may all beings be free from mental suffering may all beings be free from physical suffering may all beings be free from suffering may all beings protect themselves joyfully When you on the street, seeing people, put a wish on them in your mind ....may they be happy .... after a while, your mind will automatically thinking that everybody should feel happyness in live....so full of good impressionsl. good luck sweet heart

I think it's far more common than people realise and a lot of the time people don't quite understand how debilitating and scary OCD can be. In most movies it comes across as a bit of an amusing quirk but it's so frustraiting being stuck in a constant loop. It makes you late for everything, anxious all the time and the whole time you know it's ridiculously irrational and stupid but that does not make the anxiety go away. On a lighter note...the number 3? Love it or hate it?
