RSI

Just looked in on the IFM forum and Aven Frey you have RSI.

I use an Apple magic track pad. Which means I relax my whole hand, arm, shoulder and neck,
with the 3rd finger  touching the pad. (the one next to my little finger).
I haven't got RSI (touchwood) but I was getting uncomfortable,  as  a mouse makes us tense the hand and all the muscles up the arm and back and neck.

Getting the largest touchpad area you can is best.
Might be worth a try. Hope something helps anyway.

Re: RSI

Hey Blissed

WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN? WHAT ARE YOU DOING? HOW ARE YOU?

Also thanks for the info, I do use a track pad on my laptops and I've tried to edit with it but it's a bit troublesome. I'm actually meeting up with Nio who suffers the same problems as she's getting results with pressure therapy, I'll let you know how that goes.

So whats up with you? ALSO WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?

Re: RSI

I'VE BEEN HERE, WHERE I AM smile Please check your fb for details.
I've been getting into 3D and posting on Dods and Ross.

Nice to hear Nio is getting some relief. I've been trying to find a wii game like computer interface, but most people I've suggested it to seem to think, why would you wanna reach up to the ceiling to click on file. But I do!!!! I'd like to have to walk around the room and make macro movements with my arms to make this post. With a mild adrenaline boost all day, working on the computer would be really nice.
