ARTISTS STATEMENT

When I was merely a baby, I got severely burnt by boiling water when the babysitter was attempting to give me a bath. Stayed in ICU for a few months and my parents couldn't even recognise me when I saw me in the hospital. I was bullied growing up, because of the waves on my skin, it made me a very low self-esteem person, even a bit crooked mentally cuz how people treated me, but things do get better, I started wearing short sleeves when I was 16 years old, don't care as much about the judgement that people throw at me anymore. "Ishotmyself" is even a step up for me to grow into a even more free-minded individual. I already planned on going naked in a bush festival coming up in two weeks, I'm very excited to show my natural body around people for the first time :)
