ARTISTS STATEMENT
As a kid, I was always, and still, have been really insecure about my own body thinking I would never be good enough for anything, especially going nude because I don't have flawless skin or a perfect body. Even being naked alone in the shower has led me feeling disgusted at how my body is because I would always think I'm fat and that my skin was horrendous due to the amount of scars. However, I Shot Myself has helped me realised and redeemed myself that I am, and should be, comfortable in my own skin and it is a huge step for me to take pictures of myself naked and overcoming this fear of going nude and posting it up online. A lot of people have said that I am much different than others and gorgeous, but I do not feel the same but felt even more insecure. I am incredibly thankful for I Shot Myself and hopefully I could be more bold and confident about my own body.

Why i shot myself: I think its a good way to embrace natural beauty and to love and appreciate one's body even more.

who I'd most like to see shoot themselves: Everyone! The more the merrier! Especially my friends!
Most outrageous thing I have done: Attempted and ate 16 hot wings for a challenge and won 12 slabs of beer!
